The cornerstone of our successful firm is its founder and our diverse team of talented, knowledgeable, and experienced professionals. Attorney Gerard Anglade, Jr. joins us from a well-established law firm in New York, bringing a strong results-oriented background to our practice. His impressive track record speaks for itself. Gerard's extensive legal and corporate transactional experience provides our clients with the benefit of having an attorney who understands more than just the legal implications of a transaction or dispute. Clients receive professional services from an Attorney who is aware of the real-world challenges and the pragmatic decisions that businesses face today.
Gerard is experienced in corporate and general business law, real estate transactions, estate planning, wealth management, and asset protection. This experience uniquely positions him to help clients achieve their goals.
A former resident of New York, Gerard attended Nassau Community College, earning an Associate of Applied Science Degree in Paralegal Studies, before attending Hofstra University, where he earned a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration. After graduating from Hofstra, he relocated to South Florida, where he attended Ave Maria School of Law and earned his Juris Doctor (law degree) alongside a Master in Business Administration (MBA) from the Chapman School of Business at Florida International University in Miami.
With 20 years dedicated to serving the legal community, Gerard spends his free time reading about financial markets and changes in the law. When possible, he enjoys weekend getaways with his family. He is also passionate about educating underserved communities about their right to vote, advocating against social injustice, and helping them understand the political process and the candidates vying for their representation.
Thank you for visiting our website. We look forward to the opportunity to serve you!
Attorney Chris Erich comes to us with extensive experience in transactional law. In addition to graduating summa cum laude with a B.A. in Romance Languages from UNLV in 2005, Attorney Erich also holds an M.A. in Spanish and French language and literature. His experience with dealing with people of diverse cultures and backgrounds makes him a highly effective negotiator, and his legal writing skills are unmatched.
Chris graduated from Ave Maria School of Law in December 2016 and began his legal career as a litigator.
It didn’t take long before Chris realized that most litigation results from misunderstandings that arise out of a poorly-drafted agreement. He believed his skills would better serve the community by avoiding these misunderstandings that result in litigation. Consequently, Attorney Erich honed his focus drafting estate plans, trusts, business agreements—internal and external—and real estate contracts that were specifically tailored to his clients’ needs. Whether an operating agreement, revocable trust, or non-compete, Attorney Erich’s documents get the job done.
Whether you are a business owner just starting out and in need of advice on entity choice, formation, licensure, permitting, and tax election or an established business seeking to protect its IP, contract with service providers, or are thinking about making an initial public offering, Chris can help.
Chris also is an experienced estate attorney capable of handling estates of all sizes.
Attorney Erich holds a Florida Real Estate Sales Associate license and is a Realtor, and is well-versed in residential, income, and commercial real estate transactions.
If you’re in need of a zealous advocate who puts your needs and concerns first, you can trust Chris Erich to exceed expectations and get the job done right—the first time.
