Further testament to his professional standing and commitment to his clients, Gerard was inducted as an Honored Listee of Marquis Who's Who in America (2025). Outside of his legal practice, Gerard's life is rich with family and community engagement. He deeply values traveling with his wife and their three children – two daughters and a son. A devoted father, he enthusiastically embraces his role as a “soccer dad,” attending all of his son’s games, and ensures his daughter’s attendance at dance class. He is also actively involved in his oldest daughter's college planning, offering guidance and support. Gerard and his wife enjoy spending quality time together, exploring diverse cuisines and developing their palates. Beyond his family, Gerard is passionately committed to uplifting, inspiring, and mentoring young men, drawing from his own experiences to encourage self-belief and the pursuit of their aspirations.

Attorney Chris Erich comes to us with extensive experience in transactional law. In addition to graduating summa cum laude with a B.A. in Romance Languages from UNLV in 2005, Attorney Erich also holds an M.A. in Spanish and French language and literature. His experience with dealing with people of diverse cultures and backgrounds makes him a highly effective negotiator, and his legal writing skills are unmatched.

Chris graduated from Ave Maria School of Law in December 2016 and began his legal career as a litigator in a boutique Fort Myers employment law firm.

It didn’t take long before Chris realized that most litigation results from misunderstandings that arise out of a poorly-drafted agreement. He believed his skills would better serve the community by avoiding these misunderstandings that result in litigation. Consequently, Attorney Erich honed his focus drafting estate plans, trusts of all sorts, business agreements—internal and external—and real estate contracts that were specifically tailored to his clients’ needs. Whether an operating agreement, complex trust, or employment agreement, Attorney Erich’s documents get the job done.
